This property is located near Old Town and within 15 to 23 minutes drive, to all major theme parks.

The space

Room contains 2 Queen size beds, Samsung Smart TV, computer desk/ work area which is perfect for remote work, closet, and spacious private bathroom.

This space is the second largest in the home. This room has views to the pool area and pond area.

Smart TV contains apps like Netflix, Spectrum Cable, Disney+, etc

Guest access

Guest have access to kitchen, living room, back patio, house pool, and HOA facilities/Ammenities (resort pool and gym).

Washer and dryer available for $5 a load.

Use of private home pool is available. No private home Jacuzzi use. Resort Jacuzzi is available to guests.

Other things to note

This listing requires a guest to have multiple 5 star reviews, with no negative reviews. Any requestor that fails to meet those requirement or has a newly created profile with no reviews, will be automatically declined.

Additionally, due to limited parking spaces, the requestor may be declined. This determination is based on the amount of current guests in the home.

This is a vacation style resort/community. With that being said, there may be periods of time where neighbors or other properties will have unruly guests partying past the 11P.M. curfew. Myself and other homeowners will do our best to mitigate this by contacting security or reporting a noise complaint to the sheriff's department.

The above issues mentioned are extenuating circumstances outside of my control. These notes are meant for full transparency for potential guests.
