This beautiful home is professionally ran by host & co-host, that will be available to address any concerns or needs of the guests.

Room#4 & the garage will be off limits, and guests will not have access, at anytime, to these spaces.

This home is located near Old Town and within 15-27 minutes from all major theme parks (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, International Drive, etc.)

The space

This gorgeous home is located within 17 to 26 minutes from all major amusement and theme parks.

Situated just off of highway 192, youll have access to a ton of restaurant sites.

The home is beautifully furnished (Christmas Decorations) with extra touches that make your stay feel like a combination of your home, mixed with a subtle hint of a resort.

The kitchen features high end appliances, with everything your family will need, when cooking a home cooked meal.

Guest access

Guest have access to kitchen, living room, back patio, house pool, and HOA facilities/Ammenities (resort pool and gym).

Washer and dryer available for $5 a load.

Use of private home pool is available. No private home Jacuzzi use. Resort Jacuzzi is available to guests.

Other things to note

This listing requires a guest to have multiple 5 star reviews, with no negative reviews. Any requestor that fails to meet those requirement or has a newly created profile with no reviews, will be automatically declined.

Additionally, due to limited parking spaces, the requestor may be declined. This determination is based on the amount of current guests in the home.

This is a vacation style resort/community. With that being said, there may be periods of time where neighbors or other properties will have unruly guests partying past the 11P.M. curfew. Myself and other homeowners will do our best to mitigate this by contacting security or reporting a noise complaint to the sheriff's department.

The above issues mentioned are extenuating circumstances outside of my control. These notes are meant for full transparency for potential guests.
